Service Description

Group Session of 4 people maximum. This ticket is for 2 people. Following the success of our collaborations & ‘In your own Space’ practices of; ‘The Well Balanced Being Guided Self-Help Wellbeing Facial Practices’, we are super excited to share that we can NOW offer the use of the Valley View Pod for up to 4 participants. We are trialling, due to suggestions & enquires, several different Practice formats: Sunday 23rd June Special Mum & Me Treat your young person following the completion of their GCSEs, A-Levels or Degrees to a You & Me Guided Self-Help Wellbeing Facial Practice. We know that building the emotional wellness tool kit is essential in the informative years and with the social pressures that we all feel, ensuring our young people can make informed choices is so important. You are invited to bring yourself & your young person(s) for this special ‘You & Me Guided Self-Help Wellbeing Facial Practice’, which aims to support the understanding of the choice of holistic facial wellness and relaxation techniques. We are bombarded by images of the ‘perfect’ face, by using facial mapping in the first instance, we can support our young people to navigate the promotion of self help that supports our mental wellbeing & appearance acceptance. Our faces hold different emotions in specific areas, by gaining the skill of mindfulness facial practice can de-stress, encourage re-focusing & create a sense of calm.  Releasing those tensions that can accumulate in the face, offers both a physical & emotional release as well as creating space to regain focus. Join us for a mindfulness guided facial massage practice where we shall together, begin to build our toolbox with the aim of supporting our emotional wellbeing through the practice of facial massage.    Evidenced to reduce stress & promote a holistic equilibrium, this introductory practice gives us an insight into the fundamentals of how using a mindfulness facial practice can promote relaxation. The practice will begin with our feet to the ground, breathing through hand on heart, moving through mapping our own faces to negotiate mindfully, the areas of trapped emotions using our hands & natural oil only.  Duration; 1 hour Cost; £30 for 2 persons, includes take away practice pack, including organic oil & practice sheet.  Practice; Introductory Practice - hands only. The only product used is @Arlu_Holistics natural facial oils.    Refreshments included.
